The Autocentrum’s premises are situated in Petržalka, on Panonska cesta road, and its main function is sale and maintenance of vehicles. It consists of halls used as showrooms and workshops, office and social space, and corresponding parking areas (parking lots), all of which are necessary for the operation of the entire complex. The building has one underground floor, and two over ground floors. The basement is used as a storage space and contains the building’s operational technology. The showrooms are situated on the first floor, so is the sales and maintenance centre. The workshops are situated in the back part of the first floor. Second floor is used exclusively for administrative and social purposes. The building is situated on a land sized 12 730 m2.
